AquaSummit is a two day live event providing education for aqua professionals to learn and collaborate with skilled and dedicated local and international presenters. AquaSummit gives delegates the opportunity to network with others in and out of the water and share their passion for aqua exercise. Click here to find out more 

The venue for the AquaSummit is at Gunyama Park Aquatic Centre, Sydney - 17 Zetland Avenue, Zetland. It is conveniently located only 15 mins from both the Sydney CBD and the airport.

AquaSummit 2025 is a live, in-person event.

However, this year we are trialing session recordings to assess whether the content is suitable for post-event access. If the recordings meet our quality standards, we plan to offer them for purchase exclusively to those who have paid for and attended AquaSummit 2025.

We can’t confirm at this stage whether this option will be available, but registered attendees will be notified after the event if the recordings are offered for sale.

Kick off the AquaSummit with an evening of introductions and connections on October 17, 2025. It’s the perfect setting to meet fellow professionals and set the tone for a weekend of learning and growth. More information to come regarding venue and time.

Yes, an alternative payment method is available. Aqua Alliance will provide an invoice which includes bank details for direct deposit. Please note your registration for this event is not confirmed until payment has been received. In order to arrange an invoice please email us directly - [email protected]

There are a range of different price options depending on when you choose to sign up. Each pricing option will have an expiry date which you will see on the site. There is also a limit of a 100 people per event and this may affect what will be available regarding registrations. See below for the pricing options. Group discounts are available if 5 or more people sign up from the same club or facility. To enquire further about this option, please email [email protected]

Early Bird AquaSummit - $470.00

Standard Price AquaSummit - $495.00

Late Price AquaSummit - $600.00

Upon payment you will receive confirmation of your registration via email. Please check your junk mail if it does not arrive within 2 hours of submitting payment. The email will provide detailed information about your registration. You will also receive an additional email regarding log in details and how to set up your password. This will allow you to be able to access your library where the notes will be provided closer to the date of the event.

Once you've registered, you'll receive a confirmation email that secures your spot at the event. This process is fully automated to ensure a smooth check-in upon your arrival. Our event crew will be ready to greet you and will have your registration details on hand. Just make sure to have a photo ID with you for verification purposes.

Registration for these events are available online only. We expect tickets to sell out early so purchase early to avoid missing out.
